The Way will be located at a very prominent site right next to the skate park in the city centre, which is accessible for all young people in Wolverhampton. It will be built on a triangular plot of land (just under 4,000m²) between Little Brickklin Street adjoining the Penn Road roundabout. Our Youth Zone will be inspirational, sending a clear message that the young people of Wolverhampton matter as soon as they enter.

“I feel passionate about supporting The Way because it reminds me of what I was doing when I was a teenager. As a lad from a council estate there was only one place to go – The YMCA. This youth club kept me off the streets at night and gave me somewhere to go. I don’t know what would have happened without the YMCA, so when I was asked by Steve Morgan to get involved and help support the young people of Wolverhampton, I was delighted to be able to give something back. Especially something that had really benefited me.

“I want the message to go out to the youth of Wolverhampton that we care, to be proud of their city, of their Youth Zone and their future.”
