Holiday Club

February Holiday Club is coming!!!

Once again we will be running half term Holiday Club with 40 free places available each day – 30 for Holiday Club Kidz (8-12 yrs) and 10 for Holiday Club Teenz (13-15 yrs)

As many of you know, these places are limited and in very high demand. During booking for the last half term holiday club, we had a number of occasions where young people didn’t turn up. This means other families who really needed a place missed out and valuable spaces have gone unused but we still incurred the costs for staffing, food etc.

To make sure our Holiday Club places are going to families who genuinely need them and will definitely use them, we’re introducing a £5 per day reservation fee.

This fee will be fully refunded after your young person attends.

All refunds will be processed on Monday 23rd February. If they do not attend, the £5 will not be refunded, and will instead help cover the cost of the unused place.

This is the fairest way for us to continue offering free Holiday Club sessions while making sure every place is used and benefiting a young person who really needs it.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We want as many young people as possible to enjoy a safe, fun and positive half‑term with us!

New to our Holiday Club? This is what to expect:

Our holiday clubs offer a full, fun‑packed day designed to keep young people active engaged and supported. The day begins at 8:30am, when everyone arrives to enjoy a healthy breakfast together. For Holiday Club Kidz, the morning is structured with three 45‑minute activity sessions, giving young people the chance to try a variety of exciting options such as climbing, team games and challenges, art, music and a wide mix of sports.  Holiday Club Teenz gives young people more freedom to choose how they spend their day. Whether they want to get stuck into sports, get creative, chill in our social spaces, or try something new, the choice is theirs!
 
At lunchtime, we provide a hot meal to refuel and recharge before an afternoon of choice and relaxation. After lunch, young people enjoy free time, where they can pick from different open activities or simply hang out in the recreation area with friends. The day finishes at 3:00pm, when it’s time to head home after a great day of fun and discovery.

Not a member?

Membership costs £5 a year and you can do this online here. Once you have a membership, your young person can access our weekday evening sessions for just 50p which includes a free hot meal.

“The HAF Holiday Club helps Sam to go to a familiar place where he knows the surroundings. We have tried other holiday clubs, but the structure hasn't been suitable for his needs. Sam is able to play and interact with peers, allowing myself and my husband to continue to work. The fact that he wants to come to the holiday club and is willing to stay there for hours makes everything easier for us as a family. Although our jobs are quite flexible, we can be more productive knowing that our child is in safe hands and doing things he loves."
