The Way Youth Zone and the University of Wolverhampton are proud to announce a renewed partnership, with the University becoming a Bronze Patron as part of the Pave The Way Patron Programme— reaffirming its long-standing commitment to the city’s young people.
The University of Wolverhampton played a vital role in the early journey of The Way standing as a Founder Patron in 2016, when the Youth Zone first opened its doors, and continuing their support for 6 years. Since then, over 20,000 young people have accessed opportunities through the Youth Zone—whether seeking support, developing new skills, or building lasting friendships.
Now, as The Way approaches its 10th year, the University’s return as a Bronze Patron demonstrates a shared vision for nurturing potential, building resilience, and creating brighter futures for young people across the region.
Paul Snape, Chief Executive of The Way Youth Zone said: “We’re thrilled to welcome the University of Wolverhampton back as a patron. They were there with us from the very beginning, and their continued support shows real belief in what we do. Together, we’re opening doors for young people and helping them see just how much they’re capable of.”
